Tandia partnered with FEED to turn this human-centred brand personality into digital content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. In collaboration with FEED, Tandia has created a digital space that is equal parts accessible and informative. Their digital media expresses the core of their brand, sharing photos of the Tandia team doing good, making new services and processes easy, and highlighting local gems and community partners. Tandia and FEED have launched special projects like the Hamilton Cooks cookbook campaign, enhancing their unique position as a community business made up of engaged people.

Success is delivering content that connects to their values and community. Our Hamilton cooks collaboration was a significant win not just because the photo and video work were on point, but because Tandia was able to donate 100% of the profits ($30,000!!) to Food4Kids Hamilton - an organization that tackles food insecurity in our community. This campaign won a Best of Marketing 2020 award from the National Credit Union Association, showing that sometimes the purpose is the best path to connecting on social.

CHARTING THE UNCHARTED WITH SOCIAL

It hasn't all been smooth sailing with Tandia. FEED faced the challenge of negotiating the COVID 19 pivot for this service and relationship-based business. Together Tandia and FEED reimagined what community looks like without the in-person day-to-day interactions through which Tandia expressed so much of their brand. Tandia went beyond the hollow statements of other brands, thanking frontline workers without taking action. With the help of FEED, Tandia put its money where its content was - continuing donations to community programs and partnerships reducing insecurity in a moment of radical change.
